SUBCONTRACTING THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION WORKS

General policy:

  • Ensure the profitability;
  • Technical, material and human resources availability;
  • High level of trustworthiness offered by the designer;
  • The way of accomplishing the previous contracts and their duration.

    Subcontracting activities:
  • Design technologies specialized on certain fields of activity;
  • Designs for which our own design team does not have the adequate capacity at the moment.

    Quality requirements:
  • The standards imposed by the beneficiary in the job specification;
  • The requirements imposed by the technical norms and the valid legal standards.

    Criteria of selection of the designers:
  • The financial, human, technical and material capacity;
  • The experience in similar activities;
  • The quality of the previous works;
  • Price / quality rate;
  • The time needed to elaborate the designs.

    Organizing the supervision of the designs elaborated by subcontractors:
  • The methodical checking of the accomplished physical stages, of the quality of the designed works and the observation of the execution diagrams.

    SUBCONTRACTING OF THE WORKS

  • Satisfying all the demands imposed by the beneficiary;
  • Ensure of the profitability.

    Criteria of selection of the subcontractors:
    • The financial, human, technical and material capacity;
    • The level of trustworthiness which is offered;
    • The way of accomplishing the previous contracts;
    • The duration of execution;
    • The implemented system for ensuring the quality;

      MATERIALS SUPPLY

      General policy:
  • To ensure the standards requested by the customer in the project specifications, as well as follow the valid technical specifications;
  • The way of accomplishing the previous contracts and their duration.

    Criteria of selection of the suppliers:
  • Quality / price rate;
  • The observation of the delivery terms;
  • The way of carrying out the previous contracts.
